We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Creative Director to lead the strategic and creative direction of our brand across all platforms. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring consistency in brand identity while delivering high-impact visual content that supports commercial goals, particularly within the cosmetics and beauty retail space.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the overall creative vision across campaigns, digital channels, packaging, and retail merchandising.
- Lead concept development, design direction, and execution for product launches, seasonal initiatives, and beauty campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure creative alignment with business objectives.
- Review and approve final creative assets prior to release or production.
- Build and maintain relationships with external creative partners (photographers, stylists, agencies, influencers).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Manage project timelines, team deliverables, and performance reviews.
- Oversee the creative department’s budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.Industry experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or FMCG with strong branding focus preferred.Demonstrated success in brand storytelling, campaign execution, and digital content creation.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video and photography direction.Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
