Role : B2B / B2C Sales Specialist
Compensation : Competitive Basic Salary

We are seeking seasoned sales specialists who thrive on cold calling, handling objections, and consistently setting qualified appointments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Make high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to business decision-makers daily.
- Handle objections with confidence and convert conversations into qualified leads and appointments.
- Follow structured scripts while adapting naturally to prospect needs.
- Maintain detailed CRM records with speed and accuracy.
- Work exclusively in U.S. business hours (no exceptions).
- Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Expectations for the Role :
Makes 2,500+ outbound calls per week.Works 40+ hours per week (not including breaks).Generates 10 qualified leads per week.Sets 5 confirmed appointments per week.Consistently meets / exceeds quotas (with bonuses and commissions available to double or triple base income)Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (Arts or Science required).5+ years of proven cold calling experience (B2C or B2B).Demonstrated success in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales closing.Exceptional English communication skills (fluent, confident, persuasive).Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.Technical Requirements :
Stable wired internet connection (at least 100 Mbps)Computer with minimum 8GB RAMNoise-cancelling headset with professional microphoneDedicated home office in a quiet environmentBackup power (generator or UPS)Reliable webcam for meetings and interviews.
