About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales and Customer Service Representative to manage inbound lead conversion, client servicing, and booking coordination. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in consultative sales, and driven to maximize earnings through a performance-based commission structure.
This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls from Facebook and Google Ads leads, as well as existing clients. The busy season runs from October through December, with steady activity from March through November. You’ll work directly with the business owner and have full access to company systems and tools to ensure success.

Requirements
Requirements : Proven sales experience with a strong track record in lead conversion and deal closing Experience in inbound and outbound sales (B2B or cleaning industry preferred) Excellent conversational and persuasive communication skills Knowledge of sales psychology and assumptive closing techniques Professional phone manner with clear communication and minimal accent Strong customer service skills for handling escalations effectively Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient under pressure Commission-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals Experience using CRM systems and phone software is a plus
