We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with experience in Klaviyo, Flow, and Figma to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong eye for design and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Development and Execution :
- Design, build, and launch email campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Develop automated email flows to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates using Figma.
- Strategy and Planning :
- Work with the marketing team to develop email marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Performance Analysis :
- Monitor and report on email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.).
- Use insights to optimize email content, design, and targeting strategies.
- A / B Testing :
- Design and implement A / B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze test results to inform future email marketing strategies.
- List Management :
- Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized content delivery.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and insights on email marketing efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing and Flow for creating automated workflows.Strong design skills, with experience using Figma to create email templates.Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
