Schedule : Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (flexible within 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM AEST)

Our client is seeking a Marketing Email & Automation Specialist skilled in building and optimizing email campaigns, automated flows, and chat-based sales sequences that convert. You’ll play a key role in executing high-performing marketing automations across email and chat platforms — ensuring the brand voice, audience engagement, and campaign results align with company growth goals.
Responsibilities
Email Campaigns & Automations
Build, test, and deploy marketing emails and automated flows (welcome, nurture, abandoned cart, retention, etc.)
Create segmentation and personalization strategies to improve deliverability and engagement
Execute and optimize lead nurture sequences, promotional broadcasts, and re-engagement campaigns
Conduct A / B testing on subject lines, send times, and creatives to maximize performance
Manage and maintain email databases, tags, and lists for accuracy and compliance
Chat Marketing & ManyChat Flows
Design, build, and optimize ManyChat flows for sales, lead generation, and customer retention
Implement chat-based automations aligned with campaigns and launches
Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates) and refine flows accordingly
Collaborate with marketing and CX teams to ensure consistent brand tone and messaging
Marketing Operations Support
Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and content assets
Implement cross-channel automation between email, chat, and social platforms (using Zapier or Make)
Conduct QA testing across devices and browsers before launch
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in email marketing, automation, and CRM management
Proficiency in platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot
Hands-on experience with automations, flows, and audience segmentation
Familiarity with ManyChat or similar chat marketing tools
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Comfortable using Google Workspace and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Sheets, etc.)
Nice to Have
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly) for content enhancement
Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier, Loom, or Notion
Basic design / editing skills in Canva or Figma
Experience with customer support tools (HelpScout, Gorgias, or Zendesk)
