Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in solar asset management, performance engineering, or O&M.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms (e.g., VCOM, SCADA), and performance analysis tools (e.g., PVsyst, NetSuite).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, manage service cases, and oversee reporting requirements.
- Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising across suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Candidates must be Filipino citizens living in the Philippines
Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of asset engineers, overseeing remote system investigations and performance analysis.Monitor solar PV systems via advanced platforms (e.g., VCOM, NetSuite) to identify issues, defects, and optimization opportunities.Troubleshoot system faults and coordinate timely resolutions.Manage service inquiries, warranty claims, and supplier engagement for technical support and replacement parts.Oversee creation of service orders, bills of materials, and accurate documentation in NetSuite.Generate and present performance reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver operational excellence.Ensure compliance with O&M contracts, inspections, and regulatory requirements (including LGC submissions).
