Management Trainee

Job Summary :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainee to join our team and grow into a leadership role within our restaurant. The Management Trainee will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, assisting in employee training and development and ensuring high-quality customer service. Other responsibilities include supporting the management team with financial planning, marketing strategies, and inventory control. The Management Trainee will also participate in various managerial functions to gain comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge of a restaurant management.

Qualifications :

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer and communication skills
• Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Graduate in Bachelor' Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
