We’re looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our growing team and play a critical role in supporting our solar operations and finance submission process. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing key project milestones, submitting documentation to finance partners, and ensuring every solar installation is accurately represented and compliant.
You’ll validate installation photos, confirm commissioning statuses, and work closely with homeowners and installation partners to gather missing information and resolve documentation gaps. What you will do as an Order Management Specialist Responsible for milestone submittals to finance companies, including : M0, NTP (Notice to Proceed), M2, M3 Able to interpret and validate Installation Photos based on finance company requirements Understands how to confirm site commissioning status Coordinates with homeowners and Installation Partners to resolve missing documentation or requirements Functionally aligned with a QA / QC (Quality Assurance / Quality Control) role, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions Generate reports from the CRM and assist with data entry and cleanup. Communicates with clients to coordinate, update, and request required information / document. Adhere to established schedule as designated by leadership. Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in workplace and online communications. Make meaningful contributions in all weekly meetings (1x1’s and team huddles) by maintaining engagement through questions and responses. What We're Looking For 1 year experience in any US Residential Solar company. Salesforce Experience / Expertise is a plus. Residential solar contract / milestone familiarity is a plus.
