Senior Recruiter

Work Setup : Full-time, remote (equipment provided) | Regularization after 6 months

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver high-quality hires for both technical and leadership roles. This position requires someone who can work independently, handle multiple sourcing channels, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates
• Handle mass hiring and technical recruitment for roles such as engineers, designers, and executives
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Zoho, Indeed, and other social platforms
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, assessments, and reference checks
• Prepare and submit Talent Acquisition Process (TAP) Reports and other recruitment documentation
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to align hiring needs and strategies
• Support onboarding by preparing contracts, facilitating orientations, and ensuring compliance with employee requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a BPO or offshore setting handling international clients Proven experience in mass hiring and technical recruitment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in using multiple sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
