Job Title : Sr. Tech Project Consultant

(Hybrid)

Shift : Graveyard / Night Shift

Salary : PHP 163,000 – PHP 177,000 Basic +Allowance

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage infrastructure projects focused on endpoint hardware and software deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.

Develop strategic and operational plans, project briefs, and detailed timelines.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, account management, strategy, and vendors.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Monitor KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in endpoint management activities.

Requirements :

5+ years’ experience in project management with a BA / BS degree or equivalent.

Familiarity with SDLC, Agile / SCRUM, and project management tools (Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel).

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Experience guiding teams, resolving conflicts, and driving accountability.

Budget management and stakeholder engagement experience.

Preferred :

Experience with endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune).

Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.

PMP or similar certification.
