Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end technical solutions that meet business objectives, align with enterprise architecture standards, and comply with regulatory and security requirements. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the IT landscape through strategic architecture planning, solution blueprinting, and hands-on design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design end-to-end architecture for applications, systems, infrastructure, and platforms that meet quality, performance, and security standards.
• Create architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications.
• Lead design reviews and ensure architectural integrity across projects.
• Actively participate in change management, risk assessment, and quality assurance processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in banking and financial services.
• Perform proof-of-concept work to validate architectural approaches and strategies.
• Create new and review existing internal policies relevant to solutions architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate architectural plans and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot design and implementation issues in a timely manner.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to meet evolving business needs and objectives.
• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps and reference models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills when engaging with the association's leadership.
