Position Title : Admin & Digital Marketing Officer
Work Setup : Hybrid / WFH / Preferred location is Pampanga
(The client is open to a hybrid or work-from-home arrangement, provided the candidate can report onsite when required)
Schedule : 5 : 00 AM – 1 : 30 PM PHT | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM AEDT
Salary : Php 50,000 – Php 60,000
Holidays : NSW (AU) Holidays Observed

Job Description for Admin & Digital Marketing Officer
Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize inboxes
- Maintain and structure internal documentation and file systems
- Draft, format, and edit reports, proposals, and internal communications
- Conduct data entry and ensure accurate database management
- Assist occasionally with accounts and payroll tasks (preferred but not required)
- Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Design marketing materials and digital assets using Canva
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and prepare Capability Statements
- Maintain and update website content via CMS platforms
- Manage the CRM database (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Use AI tools and automations to enhance workflow and efficiency
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (college level acceptable with relevant experience)3–5 years experience in admin and / or marketing (less experience may be considered for high-potential candidates)Strong working knowledge of Canva and social media marketing toolsFamiliarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)Website CMS management experience is a plusWorking knowledge of automation and AI toolsProficient in data entry and document formattingStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work independently and proactivelyMust be able to work AU / NZ business hoursYour love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks :
