This small but ambitious team is focused on building meaningful customer relationships and scaling their social media strategy as sales increase. You’ll be joining at an exciting growth phase where your contributions will have direct, measurable impact.
Role Overview
Manage the company’s organic social growth end-to-end : plan, create, publish, and optimize content that builds brand awareness, engagement, and supports sales across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Build a monthly content & campaign calendar aligned to launches, promos, seasons, and trends.
- Define / refresh content pillars (tutorials, product demos, UGC, explainers, BTS, community spotlights).
- Coordinate with Brand / Marketplace so organic, email, and affiliate efforts support priority SKUs.
Content Creation (Short-Form Video & Visuals)
Script, shoot, edit, and publish frequent short-form videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts) plus image / carousel posts & Stories.Design channel visuals in Canva (covers, banners, thumbnails) and occasional simple website creatives.Track trends (sounds, formats, challenges) and adapt them for the business.Write engaging hooks, captions, and clear CTAs in our brand voice.Publishing, Scheduling & Channel Maintenance
Maintain and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube (Shorts).Post at optimal ET windows; target ~1 post / day per core channel (flex by platform).Keep link-in-bio, shop-able tags, bios / highlights, and evergreen pins current.Ongoing hashtag / keyword refinement for reach and relevance.Community Engagement
Respond to all DMs and comments within 24 hours across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.Be available right after posting to reply quickly and amplify early engagement.Admin the official Facebook Group : approve members, uphold rules, keep the vibe positive.Post 3–4× / week in the Group (tutorials, prompts, tips) and actively engage.Proactively comment on other creators’ posts (thoughtful, relationship-building comments) to increase visibility.Flag customer issues / questions / negative feedback promptly to the Manager.Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Program (In-House Network)
Build and run our own affiliate network : set up / maintain the in-house portal, terms, and application flow.Recruit & onboard affiliates / creators (art / craft / DIY); send 10–20 new outreaches weekly; track follow-ups (after contact, delivery, posting).Onboarding & support : be available to answer questions, send program updates / newsletters, share best practices.Codes & tracking : issue unique codes / links, ensure proper UTM / tracking, monitor performance and coupon usage.Payments : coordinate timely payouts; reconcile transactions with Finance; resolve discrepancies.Inventory coordination : align promos with in-stock items, manage sample / product sends, send restock alerts and alternatives to partners.Rights & reuse : secure permissions to repurpose UGC across brand channels and site.Report top partners, content, and ideas to scale.Email & Lifecycle Marketing
Plan and execute email / SMS campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandon, browse, post-purchase, win-back).Segment lists, run A / B tests (subject lines, send times, offers, creative), and manage deliverability.Report on OR / CTR / CVR, revenue per send, and list growth; coordinate with launches and affiliate pushes.Analytics & Growth
Track weekly : views, watch time, engagement rate, saves / shares, follower growth, profile visits, link clicks.Connect channel metrics to site / Amazon traffic and revenue; maintain GA4 / Looker Studio dashboards and UTM hygiene.Run structured experiments each month (e.g., ≥2 trend tests + ≥2 content / email A / B tests) and document learnings.Collaboration Work
Work together in all spaces : shared calendar, shared dashboards, shared goals.Rotate a weekly primary focus (e.g., Social / Community / FB Group ↔ Email / Affiliate) while cross-supporting each other.Peer-review major posts, emails, and outreach templates before launch.Communicate proactively in Slack, surface blockers early, and align on brand tone & guidelines.Other Duties as Assigned
Google Ads / Paid Support (as needed) : create and manage campaigns (Search, Shopping / Performance Max, YouTube), set budgets / bids / audiences, maintain conversion tracking / UTMs, and provide performance readouts.Live & Launch Support : extra posts, Stories, quick-turn edits during drops / promos / Q&As.Asset Hygiene : organize raw footage, maintain the content library, consistent file naming.Usage Rights : request / store UGC permissions; track expirations.Contests / Giveaways : assist with rules, entries, winner communications, and prize coordination.Landing / Creative Refreshes : export thumbnails, resize creatives, swap hero images; light copy updates.Customer Escalations : triage common questions in DMs / comments and route issues to the Brand Manager / Support.Community Standards : enforce Group / page rules; support moderation and basic crisis-comms routing.Inventory & Fulfillment Support : coordinate sample sends, restock notices, and SKU substitutions for affiliate / creator campaigns.Other duties as assigned.Requirements
Proven experience in social media content creation and management across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook / Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Pinterest; Later / Buffer / Meta Scheduler.Strong skills in short-form video creation (scripting, filming, and editing) and email marketing (Klaviyo / Mailchimp (or similar).Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere for editing and design.Knowledge in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, UTMs.Excellent understanding of current social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.Ability to plan and manage a consistent posting schedule.Strong writing skills for captions, hooks, and CTAs.Experience tracking social media analytics and optimizing for growth.Familiarity with influencer or UGC collaborations is a plus.Comfortable working remotely with EST-friendly availability.Organized, proactive, creative, and aligned with a community-first mindsetBenefits
