We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to become a pivotal subject matter expert for the implementation of GenAI-powered legal tech platforms. Summary of the Role

As a dedicated resource for GenAI implementations, you will bridge our clients\' sophisticated legal teams and our internal technical teams. You will ensure that AI-powered contract review and negotiation tools are tuned to meet specific client needs, reinforcing Execo as a market-leading implementation partner. You will work as a senior member of the Execo Global Legal Team, collaborating with leaders in this space, including the Head of GenAI Implementations and the Head of Gen AI Solutions.

Your Impact & What You\'ll Do

• Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering : Lead consultative workshops with client legal teams (primarily US-based) to document contract negotiation playbooks, standard redlining positions, and risk tolerance.
• Legal Subject Matter Expertise : Act as the primary legal domain expert in client-facing meetings, articulating GenAI legal technology capabilities and guiding clients in defining redlining rules and negotiation instructions.
• Technical Translation & Collaboration : Translate client legal requirements into actionable inputs for the technical team to configure AI models and prompts within the software.
• Quality Assurance & Validation : Perform expert-level reviews of the platform output to ensure alignment with client legal and commercial requirements.
• Implementation & Testing Support : Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating tool performance and gathering feedback for refinement.

Global Collaboration

This role involves a deep partnership with US-based clients. Availability for regular meetings (2–3 times per week) during their business hours is required, which typically means very late evenings in Manila (approximately 10 : 30 PM – 1 : 30 AM PHT). The hybrid model offers flexibility outside core collaboration periods, but this commitment is essential for client success.
