Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, together with the supporting documents.
• Work with contracts, identifying risks / issues, contract compliance, contract advisory and interpretation.
• Answer contract related inquiries and prepare any related agreements.
• Represent company’s interests in negotiations with partners, suppliers and clients.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Verify internal clients’ compliance with company’s policies and internal procedures.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Chief Legal Officer or head of Contracts, including, but not limited to legal research, case study, and the likes.
• Perform other administrative functions related to the functions of the office.
