We’re looking for Corporate Counsel to bring your talent to Noventiq Philippines. You’ll be a part of our Legal Team.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Head of Legal (APAC) and / or functionally to the country leader of Philippines.
• Serve as focal point of contact on all legal / compliance and / or governance matters in Philippines.
• Review, draft and advise on all types of commercial agreements, legal documents and M&A documents. Example : experience in procurement contracts, JV contracts, tender strategies, business and finance negotiation.
• Provide strategic legal research and advice to stakeholders on all legal and general compliance matters including HR and Tax matters.
• Managing the appointment and progress of appointed external lawyer for litigation cases and / or other corporate matters.
• Managing external corporate secretary team to ensure proper governance compliance of Noventiq Philippines.
• Implementing legal and / or compliance processes / policies introduced by Parent Company that befits Philippines’ business culture.
• Custodian and proper management of executed contracts with Vendors, customers and / or other 3rd parties.
• Occasionally, assist in other legal matters within APAC region (if required) as part of growth development programmed.
• Any other matters that are relevant to the position of Corporate Counsel (Philippines).
