Responsibilities :
Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to expand the company’s market reach.
Develop and execute partner engagement strategies and business development plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize collaboration and performance.
Monitor partner performance against agreed targets and implement improvement strategies when necessary.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop joint go-to-market campaigns.
Required Skills :
5+ years of proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and / or partner development
MUST have Microsoft selling experience (preferably someone who had worked with Microsoft or MS partner like Crayon, Pax8, etc.)
Experience working collaboratively with internal direct sales & services team in successful closing of deals
Experience in personally managing end-to-end partner enablement plans
Excellent English communication skills
Amenable to hybrid work arrangement (3x onsite, 2x WFH weekly)
Amenable to working Australia time zone (typically 6AM-3PM)

Working Set-up : Hybrid
