KEY FUNCTIONS / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. On HOA Registration and Conveyance
- Assisting with the preparation, availability, and completeness of documents subject to turnover to HOA residents and / or conveyance to LGU.
B. Reports
Assisting in the preparation and / or tabulation of various reports, such as but not limited to :Updating and monitoring of Registration and Conveyance of the projects.
Reports for presentation to homeowners and / or resident BODsC. On Administrative-related functions
Assisting in the preparation of letters, correspondence, and memos to HOA residents, LGU, DHSUD, and other government agencies.Assisting in compiling data for weekly meetings other departments.On archiving, proper labelling and safekeeping of HOA Juridical documents, including a copy of the approved and distributed notices and memorandums.D. Other Functions
