Job Description :
- Help in preparing and encoding sales quotations, purchase orders, delivery receipts,
and invoices.
Coordinate order and delivery requirements between sales, warehouse, logistics,and customers.
Monitor the status of sales orders and update the Sales Coordinator on deliverytimelines an
File and maintain sales-related documents (quotations, POs, SOs, DRs, SI, etc.).Encode customer information and sales data in the CRM or internal system.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales records.Assist in preparing presentations or materials for client meetings and internalreporting.
Monitor office supplies used by the sales team and coordinate requests whenneeded.
Job Qualifications :
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or anyrelated field.
Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales support, administrativeassistance, customer service, or related roles.
Strong administrative and clerical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).
Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and document preparation.Basic knowledge in sales processes, invoicing, or order processing is an advantage.Salary Range : ₱15,000 – ₱16,000 per month
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
