You'll collaborate closely with sales and customer teams to configure backend instances, manage demo environments, and support operational workflows that keep everything running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Partner with sales and customer success to set up new platform instances and configure customer accounts in the backend.
• Manage demo environments, including setting up and shutting down instances as needed.
• Execute and maintain custom configurations for both internal and external use cases.
• Follow operational workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
