POSITION : Finance and Accounting Head or Manager / Female Only

Working location : Makati, Laguna and Valenzuela City (Accept the candidate who is nearby to the said location no to province due to the interview is face to face)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance / accounting
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Preferably with background in manufacturing or food processing industry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY :

Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting,

accounting, cost management, treasury, taxation, and compliance. Ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains internal controls, and supports strategic decision-making. Manages cash flow, inventory, and cost efficiency, especially within a manufacturing setup. Leads the finance team, promotes ethical practices, and acts as a key advisor to senior management on financial planning, investments, and business growth initiatives.
