Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to provide mapping / GIS support to all aspects of the client’s Transactions and Valuation teams, including the production of high-quality maps. For the majority, these high-quality maps will form part of marketing collateral for selling of agribusiness properties throughout Australia.

Main duties / responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Utilising MapInfo Professional and Google Earth software to set‑up, digitise, and export spatial data in preparation for map creation and analysis.
• Utilising Adobe Illustrator to create and export high fidelity maps to be used as part of Information Memorandums, submissions, brochures, and advertisement.
• Collect and organise information to create and maintain spatial databases.
• Perform research, offer educated opinions based on your report, survey land to map for accurate three dimensional information and assist with project management and technical writing.
• Update relevant documentation with direction.
• Changing, updating, and revising of existing maps with new information or making corrections.
• Assist team members with any GIS related queries.
