Job description
  • Assist and contribute in determining the IT business needs of the organization; create business scenarios, system flowchart, & acceptance criteria
  • Prepare all test scenarios given by the process owners and system users.
  • Formulate a test plan to include a test schedule, system / module to be tested, the databases / tables / data to be tested, test scenarios and the expected results.
  • Conduct all system / software testing
  • Based on the analysis and together with the application developers propose solution / s to address the bugs and errors found during the test phase.
  • Continuously assess and benchmark existing systems for inefficiencies; resources used, user experience, competitor’s alternative solution
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
  • Recommend improvements in the software to enhance user experience

    • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any course related to Information Technology
    • At least 2-3 years of work experience related and focused on Software Quality Assurance, Software User Acceptance, Testing, System Documentation
    • Working knowledge about any programming language, database, & server application solutions.
    • Working knowledge of basic IT support services such as : Software and Applications trouble shooting and use of commonly used software products (e.g., MS Office, MS Windows and Internet tools).
    • Basic Networking Skills.
    • Working knowledge on basic programming and internet tools (e.g. Web Browsing, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS)
    • Sound Documentation and Communication Skills.
    • With extensive background in Accounting.
