The main responsibilities of a FRESH GRAD MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST include :
Physician Recruitment :
Source and onboard verified healthcare professionals (HCPs) globally through LinkedIn, databases, forums, and direct outreach.Use email, phone, and digital campaigns to drive registration and qualification of respondents.Panel Management :
Maintain and update physician panel data, ensuring completeness and accuracy.Build strong relationships with HCPs and keep them engaged with new study opportunitiesManage incentives, honorarium tracking, and respondent satisfaction.Study Coordination :
Support project managers by identifying and inviting suitable respondents for live interviews, online surveys, and focus groups.Ensure quotas are met on time by proactive follow-ups and engagement.Compliance & Quality :
Flag any quality concerns in respondent behavior and maintain data integrity.To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements :
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.Fresh GraduateWith work experience acceptable, as long as within prescribed fixed salary packageBachelor’s degree (preferably in Psychology, Life Sciences, Business, or Market Research).It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in :
