Position Title : Monitoring Agent

Work Set-up : Onsite

Schedule : 4 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm | 12 hours-shift | 3 days on and 3 days off

Salary : Php 15,000.00

Sign-on Bonus : None

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A MONITORING AGENT :

Our Client is searching for a detail-oriented and proactive Monitoring Agent to join our team. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the safety and security of our clients by keeping a vigilant eye on their fire alarm systems and incident reports. This role requires strong observational skills, quick decision-making, and a commitment to accuracy in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities as a Monitoring Agent would be :

• Monitoring the Clients software for fire alarm reports
• Verifying data, geographic location and other important information and details
• Responding to reports within specified time frames
• Investigating incidents and checking its validity
• Maintaining an activity log and preparing reports
• Adhering to company policies and legal regulations
