Job Summary : As a Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's College Degree in Hospitality Management / Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Barista with Cashiering POS experience is advantage.
• With NCII Certificate for Barista is a plus but not required.
• With Store Team Leader work experience is required from the same industry Beverage Company such as Starbucks, Coco, Gongcha, Tiger Sugar, Infinetea or any leading Coffee Shops, Milk tea Shops or any Fast Food Industry.
