Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to lead and manage a team, ensuring they achieve their performance goals and contribute effectively to organisational objectives. This involves guiding, supporting, and coaching individual team members, coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.

Skills and preferred qualifications

• You are responsible for overseeing the work of team members, providing guidance, support and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals.
• You will coordinate and assign tasks to the team members and ensure that everyone works together to achieve the teams objectives.
• Responsible for conducting touch base meetings and 1 : 1 coaching sessions and identifying opportunities and progress of each team member.
• Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
• Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure the projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
