We are looking for a proactive and organized Scheduler to join our team. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls , scheduling appointments, and supporting client coordination. The position starts on-site for the first 6 months , with the possibility of transitioning to remote work based on performance .
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound cold calls to schedule appointments with potential clients
- Receive and manage inbound calls professionally
- Coordinate schedules and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled meetings
- Ensure timely follow-ups and rescheduling when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline scheduling processes
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in customer service or scheduling roles (must have)Comfortable with cold calling and handling objectionsClear verbal communication with a light or neutral accentStrong organizational and multitasking skillsBasic knowledge in WellSky or another healthcare or homecare scheduling platform.Reliable and punctual, especially during on-site phase
