Job Summary :
The Warehouse Checker serves as the final checkpoint before the release of auctioned or transferred items. This role is critical to inventory control, ensuring that all outgoing items match the pullout documents and are accurately recorded. They must be extremely careful, especially when handling documentation, to prevent errors or losses.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Act as the last verifier of all outgoing items (auctioned or transferred) before they are officially released.
Ensure that each item matches the item code, description, quantity, and condition indicated on pullout invoice.
Immediately flag and report discrepancies, damages, or suspicious inconsistencies to the Warehouse Head and Office.
Handle documents with care and verify all required details (item codes, remarks, quantities, signatures) are filled in.
Ensure all pullout invoices are properly completed before submitting them to the office.
Maintain clear, legible, and accurate records of all verified transactions.
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and be able to identify any missing, incorrect, or damaged items during verification.
Coordinate closely with coders, warehouse staff, and auction support team.
Qualifications :
At least College Level
Detail-oriented and responsible
Can work standing and moving around for long hours
Trustworthy, cautious, and dependable
Can work efficiently under pressure, especially during auction pullout schedules
Follows instructions and ensures accuracy in all tasks
Background in warehouse checking, inventory control, or logistics is an advantage
