Warehouse Admin

We are looking for a Warehouse Admin to provide administrative and documentation support for warehouse operations in Laguna . This role ensures the accuracy of inventory records, monitors incoming and outgoing goods, and coordinates with logistics, purchasing, and warehouse personnel for smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse systems and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and warehouse transactions.
• Prepare and process delivery receipts, stock transfer forms, and other warehouse documents.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing for replenishment.
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Liaise with logistics and operations teams to track shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of warehouse-related documents.
