Job descriptionProject / portfolio management, road mapping, prioritization, delivery to scope / schedule People leadership : coaching, performance management, hiring, delegation Incident / problem management, RCA, post-mortems, MTTR reduction Budgeting & cost optimization (FinOps), forecasting, chargeback / show back Vendor evaluation, negotiation, contract / SLA management Automation & scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python); task orchestration Documentation & diagramming KPI design & reporting dashboarding Customer-centric mindset; strong stakeholder management Strategic and systems thinking; ability to balance risk, cost, and value Clear communication to executives; concise incident comms Decision-making under pressure; bias for action and ownership Change leadership and organizational influence; adept at prioritization Risk / compliance orientation; data-driven problem solving Collaboration across product / finance / security Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; 5-10 years and above experience Technological Platforms, Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Programming Skills and Competencies : Proficient in IT service management, core infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals Responsibilities and Duties : Oversee security protocols, manage projects, and coordinate vendor relationships Working Conditions : Primarily office-based with some remote work flexibility Qualities and Traits : Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and leadership ability

Monthly salary : 50,000-100,000
Schedule : 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm
