Working Conditions : Fast-paced environment, with potential remote and on-site work options. Qualities and Traits : Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Experienced in Developing ERP Systems in Construction is an Advantage Can start ASAP Willing to be assigned at Quezon City Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the software development team to deliver high-quality applications.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
- Enhance team skills through mentorship and training.
- Implement best practices for software development and deployment.
