IT Specialist

Position Overview :

As IT Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex technical challenges, overseeing critical IT projects, and supporting seamless operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and monitor computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Support the installation of desktop and laptop software and hardware.
• Configure, set up, and install desktop and laptop PCs, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Install and troubleshoot Windows Desktop systems and other critical software.
• Set up new user accounts and manage password resets in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Perform basic data entry across various platforms, including project management, IT systems, practice management, and financial software.
• Efficiently enter, verify, and manage complex datasets with a high degree of accuracy.
• Generate detailed reports, perform basic data analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics effectively.
• Design, implement, and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
• Monitor and enhance the performance and reliability of IT systems and services.
• Develop, enforce, and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Implement APIs to support diverse business applications.
