Job Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.

Handle inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and accurately.

Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Maintain quality standards in all communications.

Qualifications :

College Graduate (with or without experience)

OR Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months customer service or related work experience

Above Average English communication skills

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Good comprehension and MS Office knowledge

Willing to work on weekends and holidays

Compensation & Benefits :

Upon Hire : ₱18,000 basic pay + ₱1,000 flex fund allowance

20% Night Differential

HMO coverage for employee upon Day 1

HMO for dependent upon certification

Life and Accident Insurance

Annual Increase based on performance

13th and 14th Month Pay

Total Potential Monthly Salary : ₱18,000 – ₱19,000
