As a Senior Delivery Coordinator in the Multi-Level Testing (MLT) team you will accurately complete varied tasks and responsibilities within defined deadlines. You will need to demonstrate a high standard of work whilst supporting your team mates, supporting them through empowerment, recognition of progress and mutual respect.

The following will make you the ideal candidate for the post :

• Accuracy when handling data within internal systems and when using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience of identifying process improvements plus supporting colleagues to implement those improvements
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ability to create, review and update compliant documentation
• Willing to work following UK hours / mid-shift working pattern (pm to am Manila Time)
• Flexibility to follow a hybrid working pattern
