What will you do in this role?
The Sales, Marketing and Customer Services application team covers the full software lifecycle from business requirements, through solutions design, development and testing, and finally into everyday service and support. This is a dedicated Salesforce Administrator resource for English Product Group.
As a Salesforce Administrator working under the supervision of the Salesforce Delivery Team Lead, you will :
- Configure Salesforce and build custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other contents of moderate complexity.
- Contribute to software development through coding, configuration, maintenance, testing, debugging, and producing technical documentation.
- Consistently deliver high-quality work within estimated timelines, meeting business requirements and solution designs.
- Diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate software and interface issues.
- Ensure team documentation of policies, procedures, and workflows is accurate, current, and followed.
