Work Location : WFH Philippines

Working Days : Mondays to Fridays if (Mid or Night Shift)

Available Shift Options (You may choose) : PH Mid shift 5PM or PH Night shift 10 PM

Remarks : First 30 Days will be on night shift due to onboarding, afterwards you can transition to Mid Shift or retain Night Shift

About the Role

We are seeking a Services Engineering Manager to lead and support our services engineering team. This role is responsible for ensuring team health, execution excellence, and high-quality project delivery. The Services Engineering Manager will work closely with Architects and Project Managers to align staffing, assign engineers to workstreams, and drive performance while removing technical roadblocks.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead and manage the services engineering team, fostering a healthy, collaborative, and high-performing environment.

Partner with Architects and Project Managers to staff projects effectively and balance team workloads.

Assign engineers to appropriate workstreams and monitor execution progress.

Manage team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support.

Proactively identify and resolve technical impediments to ensure efficient delivery.

Drive accountability for delivering high-quality engineering solutions on time and within scope.

Promote best practices in engineering execution, technical delivery, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications :

Proven experience managing engineering or services delivery teams.

Strong technical background with the ability to understand and unblock complex engineering challenges.

Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Architects, PMs, and other stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with experience in project staffing and resource allocation.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Soft Skills :

Strong communication skills, particularly in English.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
