We’re looking for a passionate AI Engineer  to join our growing tech team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions that power healthcare insights, recruiter automation, and personalized digital experiences. You’ll work hands-on with LLMs, machine learning models, and scalable data pipelines—collaborating closely with our Head of Engineering to bring innovative ideas into production. • Design and develop  AI-driven modules  for healthcare professional (HCP) targeting, clustering, and lead scoring.
• Build and deploy  LLM-based recruiter agents  utilizing LangChain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Train and fine-tune machine learning models for  content personalization ,  CME (Continuing Medical Education) recommendations , and  second-opinion chatbots .
• Develop and maintain  data pipelines  and  feature stores  to support robust and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the  Head of Engineering  and cross-functional teams to  operationalize AI services  in production environments.
• 3–6 years of professional experience  in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields.
• Proficiency in  Python ,  PyTorch / TensorFlow ,  FastAPI ,  LangChain , and  Vector Databases  (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
• Hands-on experience with  ML Ops ,  model deployment , and  data pipeline orchestration .
• Exposure to  healthcare  or  market research datasets  is preferred.
• Prior experience in a  startup environment  with a strong  builder mindset  is an advantage.
• Must possess  hands-on coding ability ; this is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Demonstrated  ownership , adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in  lean, fast-paced teams .
