Main Responsibilities :

• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services using GDS systems.
• Modify, cancel, or reissue tickets as per customer requests.
• Ensure correct fare calculation and ticketing procedures.
• Handle inbound / outbound calls or chat from customers or travel partners.
• Provide itinerary details, fare quotes, and travel advice.
• Resolve booking or ticketing issues professionally.
• Use systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for : PNR (Passenger Name Record) creation and management
• Fare rules, seat selection, SSR (special service requests)
• Issuing E-tickets and processing refunds or exchanges
