We’re looking for experienced Travel (GDS) Agents to join our growing team across Metro Manila sites!
Job Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and patience.
Assist travelers with bookings, reservations, and travel-related inquiries.
Handle flight changes, cancellations, and rebookings using GDS platforms.
Document customer interactions, call details, and follow-ups accurately.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Uphold company standards and deliver high-quality service in every interaction.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 year of GDS experience
Preferably with experience in Amadeus and / or Sabre
Strong communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary Range : ₱23,000 – ₱26,000 monthly
20% Night Differential
HMO coverage on Day 1
Annual Increase based on performance
13th Month Pay
