About Our Client

Our client is set to open a state-of-the-art casino facility in Guiginto, Bulacan on Q4 2025 / Q1 2026. The property will feature 8 gaming tables, 160 slot machines, a 2,000 sq ft gaming floor, plus a hotel, restaurant, and padel court—all under PAGCOR operations.

Job Description

• Oversee the successful launch and daily operations of the casino
• Manage P&L and ensure strong financial performance
• Lead and supervise a mid-sized team across Marketing, Procurement, HR, IT, and Property Management
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth (PAGCOR 15% revenue share)
• Maintain operational efficiency, compliance, and accountability across all functions
• Report directly to the Board and provide regular updates on performance and strategy

The Successful Applicant

• Proven background in senior management within gaming or hospitality operations, ideally in a regulated environment
• Strong track record in marketing, operations, and P&L oversight
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategy and execution
• Commercially astute with a results-driven mindset
• Skilled at managing and motivating cross-functional teams
• Demonstrates urgency, accountability, and operational discipline
