Overview

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning :
- Work closely with the executive team to develop sales and execute long-term business plans.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and process improvement within the operations department.
- Lead the implementation of new technologies and practices to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying and addressing variances and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the finance team to develop accurate forecasting and reporting.
Customer Focus :
Ensure that the company\'s products meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality, delivery, and service.Develop strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to support business objectives.Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.Seniority level
