Requirements :
Minimum of 4 years of experience in global operations or a similar leadership role.
Responsibilities :
Client Escalation & Communication : Serve as the single point of contact for all client escalations and communications related to global operations delivery.
Global Performance Oversight : Collaborate closely with local leaders worldwide to ensure all KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Unified Client Voice : Lead a cohesive one global team communication strategy toward the client, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment.
Partnership Management : Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to achieve shared objectives.
Proactive Project & Process Enhancement : Identify, develop, and implement initiatives to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Strategic Alignment : Ensure site strategies and operational structures are consistent across global locations to maintain performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
Communication Excellence : Articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and clients.
Strategic Planning : Develop and execute operational plans that align with business goals and client needs.
Problem-Solving : Apply strong analytical skills to resolve complex operational challenges efficiently.
Leadership & Influence : Lead, mentor, and motivate global teams, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
Client Relationship Management : Manage high-level client interactions, including conflict resolution, negotiation, and long-term relationship building.
Process Improvement : Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) in a global operational context.
