Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations
Design training calendars, modules, and materials (classroom, online, blended)
Coordinate, schedule, and deliver training sessions for employees and client organizations
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-training reports
Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and performance tracking
Support HR initiatives related to employee development and competency building
Research new trends and best practices in training and development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field
At least 2–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HRD
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of e-learning platforms is an advantage
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
A proactive, people-oriented mindset with passion for continuous learning
