Technical Analyst

We are seeking for a Technical Analyst to support changes within our niche business lines in New Zealand. You will be working on solutions that make a difference to our clients by being part of a team who live and breathe customer service.

As a Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring business and customer outcomes are achieved. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the technical aspects of New Zealand niche applications, projects and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, while providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong communicator and possesses a deep understanding of technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Technical Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise User Stories , including acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and / or Azure DevOps for backlog and task management.
• Strong skills in SQL and PL / SQL for querying and validating data.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Your Responsibilities

Work setup : Hybrid, 1x a week RTO

Work location : Ayala Ave., Makati City

Work schedule : Morning shift

Job Type : Fixed term

Contract length : 12 months
