Technology System Analyst

Job Summary :

As a Business Analyst at CBRE you will be responsible for business applications from a technology perspective, providing 3

rd

level support to end users as well as ensuring that systems provide expected functionality and features. You will also liaise with internal and external client users to navigate opportunities for system developments and implement them through various software suppliers or developing your own solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide business systems analysis for the clients
• Conduct activities in accordance with Change Management, Project Management, Release Management practices for Technology department and ensure proper communication,
• Drive technology transitions with Vendor
• Create and work with technical and business documentation, gather and prepare enhancement specifications and change request specifications based on business needs.
• Have great understanding of systems in scope offering and actively monitor their potential benefits for CBRE
• Ensure business deliverables are not impacted by systems issues or incorrect design
• Manage relationship with service line leads and software suppliers
• Develop materials and provide training to users
• Report results to the management team
• Define and audit support processes and procedures
