How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Deliver responsive and accurate support to customers via phone calls and email
- Provide product and service information aligned with client guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues with professionalism
- Document all interactions in the clients CRM system or ticketing tool
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Meet KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction, etc.)
