Qualifications :
With at least 12 months of BPO experience
Good communication skills (English)
Amenable to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems efficiently
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
Job Requirements & Responsibilities :
Assist customers with travel-related inquiries such as flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itinerary changes
Provide accurate information regarding travel policies, schedules, and pricing
Handle billing concerns, refunds, and travel modifications in a professional manner
Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving
Maintain and update customer records in the database
Meet performance metrics including quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction
Stay informed about the latest travel trends, policies, and airline guidelines
Salary Package : Up to ₱32,000 + ₱50,000 Retention Incentives + Night Differential + Performance Incentives
