Warehouse Supervisor

We are hiring for WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MA or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Preferably in a supervisory role in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Proven track record in leading and managing teams.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining safety compliance and warehouse safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize warehouse workflows, including receiving, storage, and dispatching operations.
• Experience in conducting regular inventory checks and audits, ensuring shipment accuracy and proper documentation.
• Background in handling warehouse improvement projects, including process enhancements, system upgrades, and efficiency initiatives.
