Job descriptionGraduate of Accounting, finance, or a related course With at least 1 yr work related experience Knowledge and Experience with software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is essential. Skills in Excel, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions, are a must for financial modeling and reporting. Basic Understanding of Accounting Principles : Attention to Detail : Meticulousness is vital to prevent errors in financial data. Organizational Skills : The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain orderly records is key. Analytical Skills : The capacity to identify discrepancies and solve problems is important for reconciliations and audits.
Assist in handling the day-to-day financial operations. Primary role is to ensure that all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparation and analyzing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
- Assisting with audits and tax preparation.
- Identify discrepancies and implementing internal controls.
- Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Providing strategic financial advice to management
